Don’t like the product? No problem.
If you order something you’re not happy with, you can exercise your consumer’s right to cancel. Simply return the product to the following address within the cancellation period: DTS GmbH, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

All of the products we supply set very high standards of quality and durability. But we cannot guarantee absolutely that there will never be any defects – even in products like ours. Should the item you have purchased exhibit a defect, please contact us as described below. Please note that the procedure described below is entirely voluntary and serves only to make complaint and repair processes as quick and easy as possible. That said, please proceed as follows:

Step 1
Send an email to info@DTSshop.de containing the following information:

  • Name, address and telephone number
  • Customer no. and/or invoice number
  • Product code and description
  • Indicate whether warranty repair (24 months from date of purchase) or chargeable repair
  • Exact description of the reason for complaint or repair
  • Details of vehicle (copy of vehicle registration document)

Step 2
We will log your case and send you a return number by email. The case is now saved under this number. Please quote it in all correspondence.

Step 3
Send the cleaned, dismantled parts well packed, with the return number, to the following address: DTS GmbH, return number, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany

Step 4
The parts will be checked and repaired immediately upon receipt, then sent back to you. Please quote the return number in all correspondence.
