Information regarding distance contracts and information on consumer cancellation rights
If you order our products remotely, such as by letter, telephone, fax or email, a distance contract is concluded with DTS GmbH, Aspachweg 14, 74427 Fichtenberg, Germany. Product illustrations in the online shop do not represent legally binding offers. A contract for the products you order is concluded when you submit your binding offer by sending your online/order form, and we accept by written email confirmation or by delivering the goods. The electronic confirmation of receipt which you receive immediately upon placing an order does not constitute a binding acceptance by the Seller, nor does the acceptance of an order by telephone. The Seller is entitled to accept the customer’s binding offer within three working days of receiving it. We will send ordered goods to you no later than three working days after accepting your offer. You will find more details about our products and their availability in the online shop, on the product detail page. The prices given are final prices in euros, including statutory value added tax but excluding delivery and shipping fees. The additional cost of delivery can be found in the online shop in the Delivery Fees section. Goods are only dispatched against cash on delivery or payment in advance. We grant consumers the right to cancel to the extent described below.
Right to cancel
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days, without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the final item of goods. by means of a clear statement (such a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) that you have decided to cancel the agreement. You can use the attached cancellation form, but you do not have to. To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is enough to notify us that you are exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation deadline arrives.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this agreement, we must reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (but excluding any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from the agreement. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and no fees of any kind will be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand in the goods to the following address immediately, and on no account later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of the agreement:

The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods off before the end of the fourteen day period. You carry the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if that loss of value is due to you handling them beyond the extent necessary for checking their nature, properties and function.
